Open your DANA app & tap Me.
Select Profile Settings then tap Username.
Create a username accordingly with the applicable provisions.

What is the limit for changing usernames in the DANA app?
There is no limit, you can change your username whenever you want.
Will my username be visible to everyone?
Your username will only be visible for the following/followers who follow the Feed activity from your contact list.
Are there any special terms & conditions for creating a username in the DANA app? Yep, here they are:
Username must consist of alphanumeric characters A-Z, 0-9, or full stop (". ").
Username is not allowed to use special characters.
Username can't contain spaces.
There is no limit to changing usernames.
If you want to change your username, you are not allowed to use your previous/used username.
The username must be at least 3 characters and no more than 20 characters.
What if I don't want to create a username in the DANA app?
We will use the name your friends saved in their phone contact & we will not show your full name in your DANA feed.

It appears when an error occurs in the system. But no worries, you can try again later.

It appears when your username is already taken by another DANA user. Let's try finding another one.

It appears when you enter the same username as you are currently using. Please choose a different one.

It appears to tell you that you must use alphanumeric characters (A-z, 0-9) or periods (".") & avoid using spaces in your username.
Why does the "Username should combine letter and number" notification appear?
It indicates you to use a combination of letters and numbers for your username. Let's change yours to fit the requirements.
Why does the "You currently use this username, please choose a different one" notification appear?
It means that your preferred username is not available, let's try using a different one.
